Strategy and vision
The KOVOLIT Česká aluminum alloy foundry employs people who we are grateful for our virtues: thoroughness, flexibility, certainty and growth. These values also represent a promise to our customers and partners. If we stick with them, we will continue being what we are today: an independent Czech foundry with able employees, thanks to whom we will maintain a stable position as a supplier of what are always the most suitable and innovative solutions.
Philosophy
Casts from KOVOLIT Česká represent the most suitable innovative solutions, which are made thanks to modern production and construction technologies and the skills of its employees and cooperating companies. This dynamic process requires a comprehensive spectrum of competencies and services that can be combined as needed: for the creation of functional solutions for reasonable prices; for securing all necessary external cooperation; and for ensuring stable and measurable quality.
People
People are the soul of our company. KOVOLIT Česká employees are responsible and they get excited about everything new. They are members of one large family. This is the basis for our openness, a sense of mutual belonging and a grasp of material processing, technology and though-out concepts; but also for our ambition, our professional understanding of the needs of our customers and individual solutions. For us, a permanent desire to finish things we have started is a condition of thoroughness. The basis is then the ability to learn from one’s mistakes and to uncover the real causes of any problems that may arise. We want to be able to achieve high stability of the designated production process parameters and to support the growth of the company know-how by thoroughly understanding the given technology. We are consistently working on continuous improvements to the processes.
Flexibility
Our flexibility is the result of our independence and our ability to adapt to ever-changing requirements. That allows us to be sufficiently fast. Our customers expect flexible reactions to recalls and timely solutions of the change conditions - for small as well as larger orders.
Certainty
Certainty for our customers means the following: Measurable and stable quality of the casts and assembly sets, delivery safety, a clear price-to-performance ratio and competency in the field. We strive to achieve mutual trust, based on reliability.
Growth
In our opinion, growth is an extensive process, which starts with high-quality employee training and ends with acquiring new customers and the ability to produce more demanding casts. As a modern company, we must grow together with the market and adjust our internal processes and techniques, as well as our service, to this market.
